About Guy Bryant
Guy has recently joined Colliers International in Hamilton as a Sales and Leasing Broker.
Guy has spent the last 14 years in the Banking and Finance industry. Most recently, Guy was a Property Partner, and undertook management of a portfolio of large and sophisticated clients (both Hamilton and Auckland) comprising townhouse developments, land subdivisions and commercial developments and investments. The position allowed Guy to assist clients with due diligence, connectivity and finance solutions.
Having a lifelong affinity to the Waikato and Taranaki, he understands the clear link between all industries including Agriculture and Commercial Businesses and their reliance on property and its ongoing need for improvement and development to underpin the regional and national economy. This was initially seeded with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Agriculture) at Massey University, and subsequent Agricultural Sales Specialist roles.
