About Kylie Pullen
Kylie Pullen hit the ground running when she joined Bayleys Whitianga recently, getting five deals on the table in her first two months in the industry.
But then this energetic and switched on woman does tend to live life in the fast lane, rising to challenges that are cast her way and giving everything she does 150 percent effort.
A seasoned and acclaimed representative surfer with several New Zealand titles to her name, Kylie has a competitive streak and a disciplined, focused approach to business that is serving her well in the challenging real estate industry.
“It is great to be aligned with Bayleys. The company’s philosophies fit well with my own; it’s family-owned, there’s a great team environment and they set their standards high. I am proud to be working under the Bayleys brand and I believe that my clients appreciate the points of difference that it offers,†says Kylie.
With a good understanding of property and the building industry, Kylie – who has worked as administration manager for a Coromandel building company – prides herself on a professional approach to real estate with a high level of integrity.
“I appreciate that selling and buying real estate can be a stressful process and I aim to smooth the way to make it more streamlined for my clients. Really listening to what my clients say and being mindful of their expectations builds trust and allows me to work in their best interests at all times,†says Kylie.
With a dedicated administrative team behind her in the office and the support of her experienced and successful fellow salespeople and manager, Kylie is free to do what she does best – establish good working relationships with her clients and ensure that their real estate needs are met.
With strong communication skills and a commitment to providing regular, relevant and honest feedback to her clients, Kylie is quickly building an active database of people interested in property in Whitianga and surrounding areas.
“I really look forward to chatting to people who are keen to explore the Coromandel lifestyle and who recognise the benefits of living in this great part of the world whether it’s a permanent home or a holiday property they are after.â€
Kylie and her family make the most of the recreational opportunities that the area offers up and when she’s not showing property or getting a real estate deal across the line, Kylie can be found catching a wave, or a fish or out on the golf course...
